Our role: Strategy / Brand Identity

Sandhill Wines was created by Cascadia Brands shortly after Burrowing Owl Vineyards was launched. The original labels (shown here) made reference to Burrowing Owl with an image of the tiny raptor as a stamp below the label. For Sandhill we focused on the rattle snake, another critter indigenous to the tip of the northern Sonora desert that juts into the South Okanagan. The brand has become so successful that it is now its own winery, known as Sandhill Estate Vineyard.
